HeliCoil Thread Repair Kits are used for repairing tapped holes which have been stripped or damaged due to wear, corrosion
and overtorque, as well as for strengthening internal screw threads in metals, plastics, and other materials.
They contain all the necessary tools to repair stripped, worn, or damaged threads. After installation, the
insert restores the damaged threads to a permanent, better-than-original condition quickly and easily, saving costs as well as preventing
production delays in the process.

Standard Thread Repair Kit
All the tools required for thread repair packed into a neat and compact box for
easy storage. Recommended for basic wire thread repair.
The HeliCoil Standard Kit contains a twist drill, HeliCoil tap, installation mandrel,
tang break off tool, and HeliCoil inserts.

in UNC/UNF sizes from #4-40 to 1/2�

These Kits contain HeliCoil inserts of medium length (1.5D), HSS drill,
HeliCoil tap, and an installation tool.
HeliCoil Master Thread Repair Kits are available in metric sizes from M14 to M20 and in
UNC/UNF sizes from 9/16� to 1-1/2�.

Master Thread Repair Set
The professional�s choice! HeliCoil Master Thread Repair Sets contain tools for the most
commonly used thread sizes. Sizes in Metric Coarse, Metric Fine, Inch Coarse, and Inch Fine
are available.
Kits are available for both metric and inches sizes, including - metric coarse, metric fine, inch
coarse, and inch fine.
The sizes for each thread type are:
- Metric M5, M6, M8, M10x1.5
- Metric M5, M6, M8, M10x1.25
- Inch Coarse (UNC) 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2 and 5/8

It contains a prewinder installation tool, tap, a tang-break-off tool, and inserts. The kit comes in

package, an easy to read instruction sheet is also included for the user's ease of reference.

Single Size Kit
This is a complete kit of tools and inserts specially
designed for use by OEM manufacturers. They are recommended for higher levels of usage
and low volume production.
Each Single Size Kit features a heavy duty prewinder installation tool dedicated to
one insert size. The tool is designed for rapid, accurate installation of inserts and
its loading chamber positions the insert correctly and accurately, prior to prewinding
and eventual installation, each and every time.
Other items contained in the Kit include a tap,
a tang break-off tool, and inserts. To complete the package, an easy to
read instruction sheet is also included.
